Stracciatella Veg
The traditional flavour of dark chocolate stracciatella in a vegan version: a rich but delicate paste, suitable to spread on vegan ice-cream, in order to reproduce the well-known Stracciatella flavour.
Ingredients
cocoa paste, brown sugar, coconut oil, emulsifier sunflower lecithin, vanilla pods extract.
Use mode
For variegate and Stracciatella. Heat and mix before use.
