In this product we found the sweet and pungent flavour of the elder’s flower extract, together with an anise perfume and a scent similar to the liquorice.
The elder paste is thick with a transparent colour composed only by natural flavours.
It is suitable to create ice cream and semifreddo.
Ingredients
glucose syrup, natural elderflower flavouring with other natural flavourings (4%), sugar, natural flavouring substance.
Use mode
100 g per kg of icecream mixture or base for semifreddo. Mix before use.
