Fugar was able to reproduce the unique taste of those spicy delicious and crunchy biscuits with a new product: Sweet Crust.
Available in paste and variegato it is enriched by speculoos biscuit powder to create an ice cream with and intense, creamy and spicy taste.
powdered biscuits (sugar, rice flour, corn flour, eggs, butter, coconut oil, flavourings, leavening agents: disodium diphosphate - sodium hydrogen carbonate - maize starch), coconut oil, sugar, sunflower seeds oil, maltodextrins, vegetable fiber (alpha-cyclodextrin), flavourings, emulsifier sunflower lecithin.
80-100 g paste per 1 litre of white or yellow base. Mix before use.
