Gran Nocciola 144 has a darker colour compared to our Gran Nocciola 100% light roasted.
144 degrees, a level of roasting that seems to be specially created to define the sensory balance of the hazelnut, highlighting its expressive tones and indulging the tastebuds.

Use mode
paste 80-100 g per 1 litre of white or yellow base. Mix before use; the possible rising of oil to the surface is due to the naturalness of the ingredients.
