Qubbiat is an ancient Arabic word which means ‘with almonds’, it has created an inspiration and the name of a unique dessert of the Sicilian tradition, the Cubaita.
The noble raw materials used, typical from this area, are honey, pistachios and almonds, all joined in an exciting combination.
The Cubaita Fugar respects tradition, taste and the main ingredients that have always been used. The result is a creamy ice cream, flavoured with a noble paste and enriched by crushed pistachios and almonds.

sugar, honey (40%), glucose syrup, cocoa butter, almonds (6%), pistachios, pasteurized egg white in powder, flavourings, vanilla pods extract, essential oils of orange and lemon.
