
Salty hazelnut
Hazelnuts grinding has been made rougher, in order that the palate could taste a more unrefined and authentic feeling.
To get that saline perception to the pure paste Fugar, always attentive and devoted to its own territoriality, has chosen to use the most precious Italian salt: the marine salt from Cervia salt pans.
The salt from Cervia is a marine whole salt, not artificially dried and identified as a special salt, ‘sweet’. This name is not due to a lower salinity capacity, but to the absence of the most bitter saline substances, usually contained in sea water.
This feature gives an intense and rich in contrasts taste to ice cream.
