Paste with strawberry grapes flavouring, characterized by a sweet taste and a penetrating aroma.
Suitable for pastry as a component for modern semifreddos.
Ingredients
glucose syrup, sugar, water, colourings: red beetroot- anthocyanins, grapes juice (2,5%), flavouring, thickener pectin, acidifier citric acid.
Use mode
100 g for each kg of product.
