Ingredients
lemon juice, glucose syrup, sugar, acidifier citric acid, natural lemon flavouring, stabilizer pectin, antioxidant ascorbic acid. Fruit used: 87 g for 100 g of finished product.
Use mode
80-100 g of paste per 1 litre of fruit base; 50-60 g of paste as corrective per 1 litre of base made with fruit. Mix before use.
