sugar, coconut oil in powder, dextrose, skimmed powdered milk, dehydrated glucose syrup, mannitol in powder with 30% of manna (5%), vegetable fiber (alpha-cyclodextrin), milk proteins, emulsifiers mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavourings, stabilizers guar gum and carob bean gum sodium alginate.
1,2 kg of compound ingredient Manna, 3 liters of fresh whole milk. Bring milk to the boil, add the powder, mix and directly batch-freezing.
