Soffici dolcezze milk

Powdered product suitable for soft ice cream, fiordilatte (milk) flavour.
Complete and balanced, it is required only to add cream and fresh milk: the result is a creamy soft ice cream, excellent in terms of quality.

sugar, skimmed powdered milk (10%), milk proteins, fructose, emulsifiers mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizers guar gum and carob bean gum, inulin.

1 kg fresh cream, 1,250 kg soffici dolcezze fiordilatte, 2,750 kg fresh milk. Weigh the ingredients, heat up the milk to about 65°C, mix and pour in the soft machine.
