Yogurt World 30 is our quality answer towards the competition, about yogurt served in the ice-cream tray.
It is a low-dosage product (30 grams of powder for 1 kg of mix base), with a more citrusy and zesty flavours.
Ingredients
skimmed powdered yogurt (30%), skimmed milk powder, maltodextrin, acidifier citric acid, flavourings.
Use mode
30 g of compound ingredient Yogurt World 30 per kg of mixture. With bases rich in milk solids add 70 g of water per kg of base. Cold process.
