Hazelnut and cocoa cream with caramelized hazelnut grains and wafer
Ingredients
PASTE: sugar, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds oil, fat-reduced cocoa, skimmed milk powder, cocoa butter, glucose syrup, emulsifier sunflower lecithin, flavourings.
WAFER (3%): potato starch, rice flour, soya flour, coconut oil, emulsifier soya lecithin, cocoa powder, thickener guar gum, leavening agent Sodium hydrogen carbonate.
Use mode
ready to use, ideal for crêpes, fillings and ice cream. Dose at will. Mix before use.
