It is made by noble raw materials such as the milk powder and already includes reducing sugars and milk proteins.
The heart and structure of the ice cream will be free of vegetable fats (hydrogenated, esterified, fractionated, refined).
The Basemia 160 has a full and creamy taste, warm on the palate since has a very good volume increase.
Ingredients
skimmed milk powder, dextrose, dehydrated glucose syrup, milk proteins, emulsifiers mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizers guar gum and tara gum, salt.
Use mode
160 g of Basemia per 1 litre of whole fresh milk.
