"Bagna" for pastry with taste of "Delizia al limone" cake with low alcohol content (below 5°)
Ingredients
sugar, water, flavourings, antioxidant ascorbic acid. Contains eggs and egg based products.
Use mode
with cold dilute one part of water and three parts of Bagna Cake to soak sponge cakes and cakes.
As a flavoring: 40-50 g of Bagna Cake per kg of mixture (shortcrust pastry, sponge cake…).
