
Ciambella - bagna cake
"Bagna" for pastry with taste of ciambella with low alcohol content (below 5°)
Ingredients
sugar, water, flavourings, antioxidant ascorbic acid.
Use mode
with cold dilute one part of water and three parts of Bagna Cake to soak sponge cakes and cakes.
As a flavoring: 40-50 g of Bagna Cake per kg of mixture (shortcrust pastry, sponge cake…).
