Lemon crumble
Ideal for creating cake bases, and for decorations on ice cream, parfaits and other desserts.
Ingredients
lemon biscuit crumbs (sugar, rice flour, corn flour, coconut oil, natural flavourings, leavening agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate -
sodium bicarbonate -maize starch), coconut oil, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, almond flour, dehydrated lemon juice (1%),
flavourings, coloring curcumin.
Use mode
Use at room temperature. Mix the product well before use to ensure a smooth consistency. At low temperatures the
product may become solid due to the natural solidification of the fat content.
