Ideal for creating cake bases, and for decorations on ice cream, parfaits and other desserts.
caramel biscuit crumbs (rice flour, sugar, coconut oil, caramelized sugar syrup (11%), leavening agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate - sodium bicarbonate - maize starch, salt, cinnamon powder), coconut oil, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, almond flour, caramelized sugar (2%), flavourings, salt.
Ready to use. Use at room temperature. Mix the product well before use to ensure a smooth consistency. At low temperatures the product may become solid due to the natural solidification of the fat content.
