Caramel crumble
Ideal for creating cake bases, and for decorations on ice cream, parfaits and other desserts.
caramel biscuit crumbs (rice flour, sugar, vegetable oils and fats (coconut, sunflower), caramelized sugar syrup (12%), leavening agents: sodium acid pyrophosphate - sodium bicarbonate - maize starch, salt, cinnamon powder), coconut oil, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, almond flour, caramelized sugar (2%), flavourings, salt.
Ready to use. Use at room temperature. Mix the product well before use to ensure a smooth consistency. At low temperatures the product may become solid due to the natural solidification of the fat content.
