Fugar’s mango glaze is unique in its ingredient list and perfect to glaze and add flavour to cakes or semifreddo thanks to its extraordinary qualities. Easy to use and suitable to all types of cakes and semifreddo from -18°C to 0-4°C, it has a bright yellow-orange colour and its ingredient list featuring only natural food colourings, a result of the constant work of our Research & Development team, always in tune with market needs
