coverage for pastry products [sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel and coconut), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier soya lecithin, flavourings], water, glucose syrup, sugar, pistachios (4%), thickener carrageenan, acidifier citric acid, colourings: copper chlorophyllin -curcumin, preservative potassium sorbate, natural flavouring.
heat the product to about 34-36°C mixing as little as possible to avoid air absorption. Then glaze spreading over cakes and semifreddo. Mix before use.
