Ingredients
glucose syrup, dextrose, sugar, water, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, milk proteins, thickeners: modified starch- xanthan gum, acidifier: citric acid, flavouring.
Use mode
400 g of Biancherò paste,1 kg of fresh cream and flavouring compound paste desired. Workable with cream whipper or planetary mixer.
