Choco Ganache White
Ideal for decorations and fillings
Ingredients
vegetable oils and fats (palm oil, coconut oil, sunflower seeds oil), sugar, whey powder, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids- sunflower lecithin, skimmed milk powder, flavourings, antioxidant: green tea extract.
Use mode
Ready-to-use preparation or to flavor with the compound paste.
For stuffings, fillings and pastry decorations.
For fillings: mix the product until obtaining a smooth cream, warm if necessary (approximately at temperature of 28°-29°C). For decorations: whip in a planetary mixer until optimal consistency.
