Chocolate cream special for dark fillings
Ingredients
sugar, vegetable fat (high oleic sunflower seed oil, cocoa butter), cocoa (26%), hazelnuts, whey in powder, emulsifier sunflower lecithin, flavourings.
Use mode
80-150 g of paste per kg of cream or base for semifreddo. Ideal for fillings before and after baking. If necessary warm up in water bath or microwave.
