Special for hazelnut and cocoa glazes.

Suitable for Icing cream puffs, cakes and tea biscuits

sugar, vegetable oils and fats (shea butter, cocoa butter, sunflower seeds oil), whey powder, hazelnuts (5%), fat-reduced cocoa (5%), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavourings.

Warm up the product in a water bath or microwave at 400–500 W to a temperature of 45–50 °C. Ready to use. Mix before use.
