In 2003 Fugar Produzione has absorbed the new ISO 9001: 2000 regulation, coherently with the aim to seek a constant improvement in all the processes, with the final goal to satisfy in the best way ali customers needs.
Beside the quality certification, the company operates daily keeping as a reference the HACCP rules (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), with the aim to search and eliminate any critical element in every production phase.

The national and international prizes awarded to the semi-finished products have also strongly gratified the Fugar team, together with the preference given to the brand by more than 18.000 customers ali aver the world. In 1995, 1999, 2002, and 2003 a Gold Medal from the prestigious Accademia Maestri Pasticcieri Italiani
(Italian Pastry Chefs Academy) was awarded to the products Hazelnut Piemonte Tgl-Igp, Pistachio Smeraldo, Almond, Pine kernel, and Grand Orange 40° liquor as products of absolute quality.In 1997 a Diploma with a Gold Medal from the Accademia was given to Fugar as the firm providing the Hazelnut Piemonte Tgl-Igp, Pistachio Smeraldo and Cocoa, used by the Italian Pastry Team winner of the Pastry World Cup in Lyon, France, in 1997.
