
Vegan neutral custard
Powdered product easy to use to obtain a perfect vegan gelatin for cakes inserts, desserts or to glaze. It can be used in its neutral form adding only water or mash fruit as flavour.
brown sugar, modified starch thickener, maltodextrin, coconut milk powder, vegetable proteins, dehydrated glucose syrup, stabilizers carob bean gum carrageenan, flavourings, vanilla pods extract.
400 g of compound ingredient, 1000 g of fruit mash or fruit or vegetable extract. Pour the fruit mash/fruit or vegetable extract into the kitchenaid, add the mixture. Mix for at least one minute at medium speed.
