Lemon sorbet
Lemon sorbet, with frothy and light texture, a non-aggressive taste in its sourness, a refreshing but not freezing mix. The easy and clean composition releases a natural taste of lemon. It is an ideal product for high-quality catering (like an elegant dessert, as a refreshing pause among the courses) or merely to offer a pleasant formula to appreciate lemon all year round, at the bar or in the ice cream parlor. We only have to add water to the powdery mix, pouring the compound into the slush machine.
sugar, dextrose, dehydrated glucose syrup, maltodextrin, coconut oil in powder, acidifier citric acid, vegetable fiber (alpha-cyclodextrin), flavourings, dehydrated lemon juice (1%), emulsifiers mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, thickeners guar gum sodium alginate, milk proteins.
dissolve the content of the bag (1kg) in 3 litres of water whisking. Put the product into the slush machine. Once ready, serve.
