sugar, dehydrated glucose syrup, inulin, dextrose, dehydrated grapes juice (1,4%), acidificer citric acid, dehydrated blackberry juice (1,2%), dehydrated strawberry (0,5%), dehydrated lemon juice, stabilizers guar gum and carob bean gum xanthan gum, flavouring, colouring anthocyanines.
Use mode
1,250 kg of compound ingredient Strawberry Grapes, 2,5 kg of water. Whisk the ingredients and put into ice-cream machine.
