A sweet blend made of natural syrups and selected honey.
This mix can be used in ice cream recipes as exclusive sugary constituent, or as an integration to common saccharose, dextrose, etc.
It is possible to use it also in pastry, good for every kind of dough thank to its creamy and soft nature.
