Hot and cold process
Stabilizing and emulsifying base, enriched with hydrogenated vegetable fats
Ingredients
hydrogenated coconut oil in powder, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers mono and diglycerides of fatty acids sugar ester, stabilizers guar gum and carob bean gum, milk proteins, flavourings, salt.
Use mode
1 litre of milk, 250 g sugar, 100 g Insuperabile 100.
Mix the product with sugar, add part of the milk whisking. Add the remaining milk and pasteurize.
