Directions
A) STRAWBERRY MOUSSE
Mix Strawberry Mousse with sugar and water whisking. Separately, whip fresh cream. To get the mousse, mix the two compounds whisking slowly.
B) DIRECTIONS
Put on the cake mould a layer of Strawberry Mousse (A) and cover with a layer of strawberry sponge soaked with Strawberry liquor 18 proof. Put into the blast chiller. Take out from mould and glaze with Strawberry Extra Shine. To decorate at will.
