Multifunctional, Crumble is an excellent substitute for cake bases as: sponge cake, shortcrust pastry, pate brisee etc
Add it to a custard cream, bavarian cream or any other dessert to give that extra flavour and texture
It makes a ganache more characteristic and harmonious. It is suitable for cooking.
Having a very low percentage of moisture, it could be easily added to chocolate and pralines to add more crunchiness.
Add some to gelato to give a crunchy texture
