– Stracciatella Veg Glaze

Ingredients for biancherò vegan semifreddo
Water/Vegetable drink/ Fruit puree

Directions

Pour vegetable drink/Water/Fruit puree into the kitchen-aid equipped with a whisk and add Biancherò Vegan.
Knead the mixture for about one minute, drizzle in vegetable cream on mixture and whip until you reach the wanted texture.
Flavour at will with oily or fruit pastes.

Realization

Pour semifreddo in the specific moulds for mini ice-cream on sticks, add the sticks and put into the blast chiller.
Take out the moulds and glaze with Stracciatella Veg Glaze.
Decorate at will.

Vegetable cream= Vegetable mixture ready to whip, gluten free and dairy free.
