Directions
Warm up Pralipieno without exceed 35°C, add Grand Hazelnut pure paste, drip it into the chocolate sphere and let the filling thicken. Close the praline with liquid, tempered milk chocolate and let it cool. Cover the praline with milk chocolate and dip it into Hazelnut grains.
