Directions
Warm up Pralipieno without exceed 35°C, add Pistachio Smeraldo 100% pure paste, drip it into the chocolate sphere and let the filling thicken. Close the praline with liquid, tempered chocolate and let it cool. Cover the praline with white chocolate and dip it into Pistachios grains.
