The hazelnut Cultivar di Giffoni has taste and texture characteristics that have often led it to take first place over other Italian varieties.
It is suitable for roasting, has an excellent yield and is characterised by distinct sweet and aromatic tones.
Two types of hazelnut Cultivar di Giffoni pastes have been developed: one with delicate roasting and the second with an intense roasting.
