The new thicker hazelnut and cocoa cream, suitably reformulated and updated by the Fugar Team has the following characteristics:

- more compact texture, suitable for brioches and leavened fillings;
- soft to the palate, but more consistent in terms of density, to create a “melting” yet “firm” combination;
- perfect for filling tarts;
- suitable for cooking, without altering the purity of the ingredients, perfectly in line with the typical “Fugar” brand.

A high oleic oil (from sunflower seeds) and a very high-quality fat (cocoa butter) are combined to form the product’s lipid component.
