Quenelle is a new creation by the velvety texture, inspired by the natural French parfait. The texture is soft and evanescent, with pleasant sensations of taste on the palate.

You can create trays (preferably double width) of assembled product, very glamorous and attractive.

Mix to the powder, free of sucrose, fresh cream of 35% fat. Nothing prohibits the use of different types of creams: animal or vegetable with a long shelf riser effect even more pronounced. The proposed combination, with fresh cream 35%, ensures a crisp aroma, round, fine gourmet, that does not take away any taste perception, rather enhances it.
