FUGAR PRODUZIONE e Inalpi together to distribuite Italian milk in powder!
Fugar Produzione, leader company as to the production of compound ingredients for the hand-made ice-cream and pastry market, signed an important trade agreement with Inalpi, the only company in Italy which produces milk in powder.
Fugar chose Inalpi for this company, located in Piedmont, was the first company in Italy to build a spray tower that produced milk in powder, a key semi-processed product for several branches of the food industry. The milk in powder, produced by Inalpi and exclusively distributed by Fugar, is made only by using Italian milk, a quality which adds more value to the ice-cream and pastry made with it.
