FUGAR AND DORIA: an important partnership to introduce the so famous Italian Bucaneve biscuit to ice-cream parlors and home-made pastry as well. During Sigep Exhibition, we hit the mark showing the partnership between Fugar and Doria based on common values, as genuinity, simplicity, handcrafts and, of course, sweetness: Bucaneve, the only biscuit able to bewitch and draw attention to adults and children. Bucaneve biscuit, with its unmistakable flower shape and its unchanged unique taste, entered in Italian's houses still the fifties and today its memory lives again thanks to new confectionary creations realized with simple and genuine ingredients, able to guarantee the naturalness of the product.
	The exclusive references proposed by Fugar faithfully recall the original taste of Bucaneve biscuits which continue to live in Italian's memory up to now. The Bucaneve ice-cream taste was born in this way; it boosts 4 tastes represented by two smooth pastes: Cookie Paste Bucaneve and Cocoa Bucaneve Cookie, to which we combined two different variegates: Cremino Bucaneve Biscuit and Bucaneve Cocoa Biscuit Cremino. The two variegates include, moreover crumbled shortbreads.
