Fruit puree/fruit and vegetable juices/wine/water

Directions

Pour fruit puree or fruit juice or vegetable juice or wine or water and Vegan Gelée into a small saucepan and bring to the boil.
If it is used to prepare mini fruit tarts, pour the jelly into specific silicone moulds.
If it is used as palet for insertions inside semifreddo, ice-cream cakes or petit fours pour it into low silicone moulds.
Let the Vegan Gelée thicken, put into the blast chiller or in the refrigerator.
