Directions
Pour and whip all the ingredients in the planetary mix.
Realization
Pour egg, sucrose, fresh cream, salt and Gusto cream lemon in a planetary mix.
Add flour, baking powder and oil.
Pour the mix in cupcake moulds.
Bake in a ventilated Rotating oven at 180°C, then lower the temperature at 170°C for 15min with open valve.
Cool down upside down the cupcakes.
Decorate with the lemon frosty.
