A) CHEESE CAKE
Dilute Philadelphia cheese well and add yogurt, fresh cream and Biancherò. Whip in the kitchen aid up to reach a medium consistency.
B) CHEESE CAKE BASE
Blend the biscuits, add melted butter and mix.
C) DIRECTIONS
Put the cheese cake base on the mould’s bottom (B). Add the cheese cake compound (A) and put into the blast chiller. Take out of mould and enrich with honey apricots or another topping. To decorate at will.
