Among the numerous fruits of the rich and moist undergrowth, Fugar has chosen the blueberry, blackberry, strawberry and raspberry to create the Fruits of the Forest Extra shine, a delicate mirror glaze, with a bright claret colour.
The product presents itself with natural flavourings and colourings and it is suitable for been spreaded on cakes and modern semifreddo.
It keeps shiny, creamy and soft at negative temperature.
