Ingredients

soft wheat flour type "0", brown sugar, vegetable proteins, dextrose, dehydrated coconut milk, malted wheat flour, emulsifier sunflower lecithin (contains gluten), salt, stabilizer carob bean gum, natural vanilla flavouring.

Use mode

FOR CREPÊS: Mix 1000 g of product with 1300 g of water and 100 g of Olvi code 41476 (or sunflower seeds oil) with a stick blender until you get a smooth batter. Spread on a tray at 200°.
FOR PANCAKES: mix 1000 g of product with 900 g of water, 15 g of yeast powder and 100 g of Olvi code 41476 (or sunflower seeds oil) with a stick blender until you get a smooth batter. Spread on a tray at 180°.
If necessary store the dough into the fridge for maximum 24 hours; for re-use after 6 hours add about 5% of water compared to the total weight of the batter.
