It is a low-dosage product, with whom it is possible to prepare a base and a complete ice-cream without any animal-based component, faithful to the flavour of the best artisanal tradition.
Ingredients
vegetable fibers (inulin, alpha-cyclodextrin), vegetable proteins, stabilizer tara gum.
Use mode
5-15 g of Neutro Linda per 1 kg of mixture.
