For batch-freezer: 1 litre whole milk, 350 g Yogurt Alpi. Emulsify, let it rest for half an hour and batch-freezing.
For soft machine: 4,5 or 5 litres whole milk, 1,4 kg Yogurt Alpi. Emulsify and pour in the tank.
