Cucciolotto paste
It consists of a concentrated paste with an egg made frollino taste. It contains fresh pasteurized egg yolk and naturals colourings. It’s lightweight is due to the absence of skimmed milk powder. It may become a skilled ally for the ice cream shops thanks to its low dosage (30-35 g of paste per 1 litre of base).
It is excellent combined with Cocoa Frollino Variegato or with Cocoa biscuit Cream.
glucose syrup, sugar, water, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, modified starch thickener, colourings E160b (ii) curcumin, flavourings, preservative potassium sorbate.
30-35 g of paste per 1 liter of white or yellow base. Mix before use.
