White Chocolate
For real fans of this chocolate, the product in paste proposed by Fugar could not be missing. White chocolate does not contain any cocoa, but it is mainly composed from cocoa butter, sugar and milk.
The absence of cocoa makes white chocolate more buttery and richer than dark chocolate; for that reason it is particularly loved by children, creating a real addiction.
Ice-cream made with this product will have a smooth and creamy texture and will be caracterised by a strong and intense taste.
Ingredients
sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower seeds oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter) skimmed milk powder, flavourings, maltodextrin, vegetable fiber (alpha-cyclodextrin), emulsifier sunflower lecithin.
Use mode
100 - 120 g of paste per 1 kg of white base blend. Mix before use.
