Hot and cold process
Stabilizing and emulsifying base, enriched with hydrogenated vegetable fats
hydrogenated coconut oil in powder, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers mono and diglycerides of fatty acids sugar ester, stabilizers carob bean gum and guar gum, milk proteins, salt, flavourings.
1 litre of milk, 250 g sugar, 100 g Insuperabile 100.
Mix the product with sugar, add part of the milk whisking. Add the remaining milk and pasteurize.
